A hands-on developer and flavour creator, Avi brings 15+ years of experience in food manufacturing, packaging, and global flavour trends. He works directly with QSR groups, chefs, and international clients to build sauces that stand out.

Our Story
SBC Foods began as a small flavour project led by founder Avinash “Avi” Dadlani, known online as the Sauce Boss. With more than 15 years in food manufacturing, packaging, flavour development, and global supply chains, Avi built SBC with one mission:
To bring modern, chef-driven innovation into Indonesia’s sauce manufacturing industry.
What started with a handful of experimental sauces evolved into a BPOM- and HALAL-certified facility serving QSRs, restaurants, hotels, and international importers.
